Our work is deeply inspired by Insoo Kim Berg and Steve de Shazer. They taught us to meet the person, not the problem; listen carefully for possibilities; and recognize the strengths and resources people can draw on to move forward.

Founded and led by Arnoud Huibers, Solutions Centre brings together clinical practice, professional training, research, and international collaboration.
We help professionals develop respectful, collaborative, and constructive conversations that strengthen relationships, open up new possibilities, and support meaningful change for individuals, teams, and communities.
International Training Courses.
Practical, evidence-informed training for professionals who want to make a difference through their conversations, relationships, and everyday practice.
Solutions Centre offers international training courses in Solution-Focused Practice, bringing together professionals from mental health, education, healthcare, social services, child protection, leadership, and community settings.
Our participants include psychologists, psychiatrists, counselors, social workers, family therapists, educators, healthcare professionals, managers, and leaders worldwide.

Learning Through Experience
Our training is practical from the start. Participants explore Solution-Focused ideas and develop skills they can apply immediately in their own professional settings.
Through live demonstrations, real cases, interactive exercises, reflection, and dialogue, participants experience Solution-Focused Practice in action. They have opportunities to practise new skills, receive feedback, and discover how to adapt what they learn to their own work.
