Yes. An in-company programme can be shaped around your team’s work, experience and learning goals. This makes it possible to practise solution-focused ideas in situations that your colleagues recognise from their own daily work.
Tell us who the programme is for, what you would like your team to learn and which questions you are facing. We can then discuss a suitable approach, format and scope together.
The format depends on the programme. Some training takes place in person, while other programmes may include online sessions or combine online learning with meetings on location.

Solution-focused practice is a way of working with people that pays attention to their preferred future, existing strengths and signs of progress. Instead of assuming that a professional must provide every answer, it creates space to discover what the other person already knows about their situation and what may help.
In practice, this can mean asking useful questions, noticing exceptions and exploring small steps that fit the person’s own circumstances. The approach can be applied in settings such as education, care, coaching and teamwork.
Kids’ Skills is a solution-focused method developed by Ben Furman and colleagues to help children overcome difficulties by learning new skills.
The 15-step process turns a problem into a skill the child can practise. Children help choose what they want to learn, explore its benefits and involve supportive people in the learning process. Progress and success are recognised together.
Kids’ Skills can support constructive conversations with children, parents and professionals in education and care.
SFADS stands for the Solution-Focused Alliance Dynamic Scale. It is a way to bring the working relationship between a professional and the person they support into the conversation.
SFADS helps make room for feedback about how the collaboration is going and what may be helpful next. In that way, it supports a solution-focused approach in which the person’s experience and perspective remain central.
Visit the SFADS page to learn more about the method and its practical application.
Start with what you would like to do differently in your work. Are you looking for an introduction to solution-focused conversations, a deeper understanding of a specific method, or a programme for your whole team? Your goal is a useful starting point for choosing a training.
Explore the Training Programs page and check the details of any upcoming training that interests you. If several options seem suitable, contact Solutions Centre and describe your role, experience and learning goals. We can help you find a programme that fits.
Not necessarily. If you are new to solution-focused practice, a basic training programme can help you understand the approach and begin using it in conversations. You can build on what you learn as your confidence and experience grow.
Some masterclasses and more advanced programmes are designed for professionals who already use the approach. The description of each programme will help you judge whether it matches your starting point. If you are in doubt, contact us and we can think along with you.
The Circle Technique is a visual, solution-focused way to explore a situation together. It helps people make their strengths, resources and possible next steps more visible, so a conversation can move towards change they can actually use.
Developed by Arnoud Huibers, the technique gives structure to conversations while leaving room for the person’s own ideas. How you use it depends on the setting, the people involved and what they hope to achieve.
Would you like to learn how to use the Circle Technique in your own work? Explore our training programmes or contact us to discuss the possibilities.
Our training programmes are for professionals who want to bring solution-focused ideas into their everyday work. Participants may work in education, care, coaching, counselling, leadership or another setting where conversations and collaboration matter.
You do not need to work in a particular role to benefit. What matters most is a willingness to explore what is already working, notice people’s strengths and turn useful ideas into practical next steps. Each programme offers opportunities to connect the approach to your own work.
If you are unsure which programme fits your experience or goals, get in touch and tell us a little about what you are looking for.
