About the trainers
Ben Furman is a Finnish psychiatrist, psychotherapist, and one of the world’s leading experts in solution-focused practice. An engaging speaker and bestselling author, he is internationally known for his creative, practical, and inspiring approach to helping children, families, educators, and professionals. Ben is the developer of the acclaimed Kids’ Skills method and co-creator of Re-Teaming, two solution-focused approaches that are used by practitioners around the world. With his unique blend of wisdom, humour, and energy, he has inspired thousands of professionals to apply solution-focused thinking and action in their daily work.
Arnoud Huibers is a Dutch psychologist, licensed psychotherapist, and family therapist. An engaging trainer, author, and international speaker, he is known for his practical, accessible, and inspiring approach to solution-focused practice. Arnoud is the developer of the widely used Solution-Focused Circle Technique and creator of the Solution-Focused Alliance Dynamic Scale (SFADS). His work has been adopted internationally in education, counselling, coaching, and mental health care. In recognition of his contribution to solution-focused research, he received a research grant from the Solution-Focused Brief Therapy Association. With his characteristic blend of expertise, calmness, humour, and enthusiasm, Arnoud inspires professionals worldwide to translate solution-focused ideas into effective practice.
